Will A mount lens work well without OSS?

Assuming a relatively still subject, OSS will allow you to increase the exposure time and adjust the other two parameters (aperture size and ISO) as appropriate to obtain a correct exposure.  You might choose to decrease the aperture somewhat in order to get a deeper DOF, or you may choose to decrease the ISO to decrease the amount of noise.
