???  Bokeh is the blur, it refers to the quality of the out of focus elements in the image.  Bokeh can be good - like the OP's samples - or bad.  It is a function of the lens design and the nature of the fore/background.  All images have some kind of bokeh, unless the entire frame is filled with the subject (like pics of a brick wall).
