Re: OM-D - to sell or not to sell?

hi Boris,

from the pictures you show it appears that you have a good eye, and from your words that you want to feel free to concentrate at what goes on around you.

Only a point and shoot wit a fixed zoom will give you that.

Look at "l-objectif" 's consistently good pictures taken with D-LUX 4 and 5, do you identify your approach with his?  In a not so distant past he took some very good pictures with a Nikon DSLR which I suppose he keeps for more specific (dynamic?) situations.

The E-PL5 of the M4/3 cameras I own (owned), without viewfinder, is nearest to what appears to suit your needs.  With a pancake on camera and a prime in your pocket.

The OM-D, which I own too, is a dangerous camera, it polarises the photographer's attention rather than freeing his imagination at the start: it has many alternatives and refinements and requires a long learning curve before it becomes an extension of his brain-eye-hands.

Hope my peculiar way of looking at things may be of help,    Vittorio.
