Did you mean A3200 ISO? I wish there was a A1600 ISO as Id use it 50% of the time rather than A800 and switch to 1600 only when needed which is what I currently do.

I think I may advise him to use S mode, ISO A3200 and give him some shutter speeds to use for different situations.

People in motion 1/300

other outside daylight photos 1/100

Indoor/ evening photos 1/30

or somthing like that. That should reduce any shake from his pictures and still give him some decent shots. And try and convince him to get a flash for the evenings and bright sunlight.

I need to teach how to hold a camera as well as he was shaking it all over the place when he was using it yesterday to show me. really pushing hard as he was taking a photo and twisting the camera slightly
