A few from our feeder area
I've been a member of DPR for a long time though in recent years I've not been as active. Getting in to birding though and decided to share some recent pics.
Just getting in to birding (of sorts) since we put feeders out for our displaced friends. The local power utility clear cut the greenbelt behind our home. We felt we needed to provide, especially in winter and early spring, for the birds and some of the other animals displaced.
Looking to get a better birding lens as my 70-200 F4 L zoom (non-IS) is not quite up to the task. What do people suggest without breaking the bank? I was thinking about the 100-400 L with IS for about $1700 (or less depending on seller). Thoughts?
