Nikon D800/d800E about pixel count blur

The D800/800E technical guide says that the 36 megapixel sensor makes it harder to keep from blurring images.

""At the high resolutions offered by the D800/D800E, even the slightest camera motion can result in blur"".

The above interview is with Jim Brandengerg an National Geographic photographer who was given 4 different variations af the camera before it was finalized.  Look at 3min 50 seconds into interview.

A lot of people have said that technique is more critical on the D800,  Why, I have no idea, but  Nikon and a few really good pros think technique must be better because of pixel count.
