you probably know that GH3 ISO12800 is in fact ISO6400 and then some raw converters know that they shall add one stop behind the scene (non visible to users in UI)... also you probably know that both cameras do not saturate sensor equally (~0.5 EV for GH3 and ~1 EV for OMD) when you select the same gain in camera, hence the source raw data can't be used for a proper comparison... to have a proper comparison you shall have the same target, the same light, the same lens, same aperture and exposure time and same gain applied by firmware/hardware internally (and that is not exactly the same as equal ISO dialed by you) resulting in the same sensor saturation... that last portion is typically missed.
