Although I liked the V1 when it first came out, I did not think it was worth the $800+ price tag.

Although I liked the V1 when it first came out, I did not think it was worth the $800+ price tag.  Now that I have one ($250) I realize it was well worth the $800+ price. Well built, a cut above entire level DSLRs. Excellent IQ, unless you pixel peep. This is due to the increase in sensor efficiency someone mentioned in a previous post. And it's user interface is the best of any digital camera I have used. Well thought out auto ISO when used with P mode, thumb lever to change f stop and speed, and exposure compensation I can make any changes quickly andeasily.
