Yes. You can use any EF, EF-S, TS-E, or MP-E lens ever made.

The original ("mk I") EF 50 f/1.8 is a nice lens.  Optically the same as the current model EF 50 f/1.8 II, but it has much better build and manual focus ergonomics.
