DxO sensor compare. They reduce images to 8MP for comparison and to account for different MP on the sensor. Then they use THEIR measured ISO (not what is reported on the camera).

As you can see from their graph, they are virtually same from ISO100 to ISO3200. You can check on their site too. You get the same results for DR, and everything else also.  I advise people to ignore their arbitrary totals, and look at all the individual charts.

The reality is most current cameras have very good sensors.
