BayPhoto.com all the way!  Anyone can order from them (unlike Millers where you have to set up an account and get "approved") and their prices are cheaper than WalMart and Millers (for the EXACT same products!).  Its a no-brainer really, BayPhoto.com all the way.  I use Millers for some things, but the majority of my prints are printed through BayPhoto.com
