What are your thougths?

Hi agein

Well... if you are used to the F5, the S3 will feel like a plastic toy in your hands. It is indeed a plastic toy, however, with decent electronics inside.

The viewfinder is small - it was always too small for me (I was used to the F90, which is smaller than the F5, but way bigger than the D100 / S3 etc.). I went all the way from a D100 to a S1, S2, S3 until finally in the S5 I got back a decent camera body feeling. It is heavier, this is true, however, certainly not as heavy as a F5, and I often use my s5 it with my 70-200mm/2.8/VR and there, the weight of the body makes only a marginal difference. Its a question of taste at the end.

However, I don't remember having used a D60, so I don't know.

I would just try that S3 out. It can be fun anyway. But the viewfinder is really consumer level.
