Re: Go for the S5 - its better in every aspect. I used all of them intensively. Details:

... just one addition about out-of-camera RAW processiong. For those few pictures I want to invest to get the best result, I do RAW conversion with the HyperUtility to 16bit-TIFF. Make sure, while shooting, that High DR is active, so that all information is really stored (or use the film simulation of your choice for the out-of-camera-jpg-copy. You can always change the FilmSimulation for the RAW-Files in HyperUtility. When your RAW-Files are using all pixels, then they have all almost exactly 25'000KB on your disk. If the size is about 12'800KB, it means, DR was off - which is automatically the case for very high ISO though). Usually I use "Super High Quality Image Conversion" in HyperUtility. All other post-processing (sharpening, etc.) is done in Photoshop after this. These 16bit-TIFFs contain much more information for post-processing in Photoshop, than any jpeg would. For portraits or landscape, this is the way to shoot. A fast computer with lots of RAM will help.
