Aperture's printing quality
If you're going to invest money in a solution, Lightroom 4 seems to do a lot better job of printing for me. No doubt that Aperture is easier to organize. I use referenced files and am currently using both products. If nothing happens with a major Aperture update in 6 months, I will probably switch to LR full time.
If running both, import all photos into LR organizing into suggested date oriented folders and them if you decide to stay with Aperture, just import them into Aperture as referenced files.
All in all, nothing's perfect, sigh....
