These people typically have the purchasing power to simply keep their old bodies rather than selling them for peanuts, after they upgrad to the E-5's replacement.

Precisely what I just did. I still am very pleased and shooting with my E-3,I will not buy a EM-5 or Pen, and I swore I would wait for the E-5 replacement, but I am slightly concerned as to whether or not I will embrace an EVF if that is what Oly has in mind. So I couldn't pass up a great buy on a low milage E-5 HLD-4 and a slew of batteries listed the 4/3rds Photo buy/ sell.

The E-3 has now been relegated as my workhorse at my business for art copy work which it has been doing flawlessly all along. And the E-5 is now my personal shooter along with my stable of HG and SHG lenses.

It's nice to have a second body and not having to  worry about not having one at the right place when needed.

I have really taken to the E-5
