I did an 80 page book with Blurb. Their software was easy to use and I could layout pages just as I wanted limited only by the resolution of the images I was using.
That said, for the book size I chose a 6mp image could be made to fill the page edge to edge so if you have 6mp images or higher you should have lots of layout choice.
My book was only for close family so I didn't explore the possibilities of selling them. That said Blurb may be on the expensive side for that. My book, hardcover with printed slipover, standard paper and 80 pages came out at about £25.00 each.
