I started taking photos when I was six or seven. Not many, money was tight, and not very good though I thought every shot was a masterpiece at the time. By the time I reached high school I was taking some decent shots, like maybe one out of every fifty or so. I am now 81 years of age and find photography as exciting as I did back in the thirties. I have even more passion for it now than I did when I first picked up that Kodak box camera my parents had.

I do not miss the darkroom. I do not miss shooting very sparingly because of the cost of film. Photography is so wonderful now as compared to the "good old days". From the posts in the forum I think many of you feel the same way.
