You can make profiles using X-Rite ColorChecker Passport. These are the best (imo) because you can make profiles that are specific to your camera and lighting. They give the most accurate colors (if that's what you want).

LR/ACR is automatically applying lens corrections from the lens correction data that is in the Fuji raw files for X-Pro1 and X-E1. There is no need for a lens profile.
