In my case - definitely YES. I have overexposing K-5 and normally behaving K-5IIs. I have to set my 540FGZ to classic +1EV if bouncing and no compensation for direct flash. The flash exposure with my K-5IIs is definitely more accurate than ever before. I shot in M mode with flash mostly (with -1, -2EV for ambient), but I've tested Av and TAv as well, and while Av was ok, I had to set exposure compensations for TAv (it looks like it exposes for ambient only, so you have to put a camera on -1-2EV and +1EV for a flash to get good balance between the flash and ambient).
