I'd go for 2 or 3, personally I'd go for 3, but I think you'd be happy with either the Sigma or Canon 17-50(55) lens. The Sigma is my go to low light lens for night landscapes, I'm not sure how much you would find yourself using the 28 f1.8, to be honest.

The reason I would need a 28mm is because my current 50mm is honestly not wide enough for me, I find myself stepping back a few steps to frame the shot. This maybe because my family is so large and I use that lens for a lot of family parties, or cause it's not made for crop cameras.

A 28mm would be equivalent to 45mm which would be closed to the true 50mm I am looking for. That lens would be for indoor parties or dark events I need to shoot. OR, I will just invest in a flash and use a slower lens, but manipulating flash light is something I have not mastered yet.

I am pretty much stuck between the Sigma or Canon 17-50(55) unless there is another option of focal length I missing. It is unfortunate I do not live near any camera stores so I will have decide based upon your word unless I can get to the city this week but I need the lens by next weekend! I have to finalize a decision as soon as possible, I'm not really sure how people even rent lenses or where I would in my city...
