I've ordered the Fotodiox converter from Amazon and it should be here this week. Now I just need to make a call on the lens or lenses to buy.

Thanks for the input.

I picked up a nikon 50mm f/1.8 E series on ebay for only $68 shipped. I am considering selling my Sigma 150 f/2.8 macro to get a Tokina 100mm f/2.8 macro to double as a macro and long lens for both my fuji and nikon, that lens has a aperture ring, as does the older Sigma 105 macros. An aperture ring makes life easier. My Nikon 10-24 G lens works great with the adapter but i really want the fuji 10-24.

KEH.com has a big selection of manual legacy lenses for a very air price. I believe there is a reasonable return period. You'll find plenty of 85 and 105 manual lenses in varying condition.

the older lenses have wonderful focus rings unlike newer G lenses and an aperture ring on the lens is much better than The ring on the Fotodiox since is has no click stops
