It's a cinema camera capable of shooting at and above 80fps, so it better not have!  They're claim to fame is extremely fast readout to reduce rolling shutter.

Is it linear dynamic range? Is there response non-uniformity, etc. Hard to really comment without the answers to these questions.

Good questions.  It says "unprocessed" but I'm not sure what that means (these cameras do shoot raw).  It's probably at least de-Bayered and possibly has some sort of gamma applied, but I'm only guessing.  The claim is this is "native" DR, not with the addition of their up-to-6-stop DR extension technology which divides the exposure up into two parts, a long and a short.
