I suspect if you already have the Oly 60mm and your target can't run away, then that will probably be the best tool for the job, especially with that fast aperture. Some of my main subjects are butterflies so I need a longer focal length because they won't let me get very close usually.

I have no idea why the Kenko tubes cost so much. They are well made with very little slop in the mounts and AF seems to work just as well as with no rings but whether that needs fancy electronics or just pass-through connections, I don't know. Anyway, the cost was the reason they went on my Christmas list rather than buy them myself!
