Looks like the 45 is a bit sharper, and seems to have more micro-contrast.

Honestly though, with the 45, you'd most likely be shooting 1.8 shallow DOF, which should equate to 2.4? on DX and 3.5 on FX. So the Bokeh will be closer to the 2.8 DX shot.

25mm 1.4 will fair much better against a setup of equivalent focal length.
