I think it's important to take a close look at their products. I am familiar with Bay, but at a trade show about a year ago, I looked at the binding of their photo books, and it was a little too simplistic, just a few staples holding it together. Other companies had other types, and of course book binding companies had spectacular products. I believe that companies should be of consistent quality and because of that I decided to not use Bay. I use McKenna Pro. They have a similar price point, but they tend to have higher quality. Every file I have sent them has been dead on with the prints. Honestly, their selection of sizes of paper alone is worth it.
