Completely faulty analysis. You are trying to link sensitivity to dynamic range through an improper assumption that the digital bit depth absolutely determines the number of levels of brightness that can be recorded. This is not the case because it is noise that basically determines how many of those bits are usable, which is in fact how the effective dynamic range is measured. The DxO DR measurements are made on the digitally recorded images, and so takes into account all bit depth factors.
