Does IBIS work with Pany lenses?

I know Pany IS does not work on Olympus Cameras.

Yes. And Pany lens IS will work with Oly cameras, you just have to turn off IBIS.

Pany lens IS (OIS) will actually work on Oly bodies only if the lens in question has a switch on the lens barrel for turning OIS on and off. Otherwise, OIS will be turned off and cannot be turned on via the body (as is possible on Pany bodies). An exception may be the latest PENs (E-PL5, E-PM2) where there might be a possibility to turn on OIS even on lenses that lack the switch. However, since I have no practical experience with these new PENs, I don't know for sure if/how it works.
