Well Larry,

I would not despise even the same sensor X-20 size, enough for my needs to have usable ISO at 800/1600, sure the 1"sensor size it would be sweet...but I do like the extra zoom and a must have for me is FAST A.F. owning a Sony DSLT....:-)

Everyone has their priorities, thats for sure.  I guess I'm hoping that FF will sway more toward IQ and less toward convenience with any new X-S2.  But convenience sells so we'll see.  The HS and F series handle the mega-zoom arena, so let the X-S2 lean more toward IQ like the X10/20 with a more conservative focal length.  The X-S1 is just too close in IQ and focal length to the HS30, for about double the price.  Now the HS50 has really raised the bar even further.  Simply putting in the X20 sensor and/or increasing the focal length along with a few other bells and whistles in a new X-S2 would not impress me at all.
