Why doesn't Nikon make a tiny super-model skinny 1 system body?

I am having fun playing with my new V1.

I like the dedicated button for switching to silent shutter for those sneaky shots!

Display and VF are both great.

One thing that puzzles me is that the camera is quite big and heavy.

I thought the one thing Nikon could really do to give NEX/M43 a hard time is produce a wickedly small system since everything can be smaller with a 1" sensor. Is their any rumours to this effect from Nikon?

Not sure how the V2 stacks up size wise in comparison but I would need a bag over my head to go out in public with it since it is one ugly mofo!

Sorry V2
