This version is a little better than the original post.

Another important issue that I don't think anyone has mentioned is that the light does nothing to bring out the bench. My edit below is not great, but hopefully it gives you an idea of how the image is changed if the bench is highlighted with the framing trees getting the second most light. A bright background and dark subject could work as well, as long as the subject stands out. Photography is a hunt for light.
