I have both and would say that if you're going to want to shoot inside shots w/ moderate to low light, the improvement in focus speed is completely worth it.  I chose to go with the k5iis and find that the pic quality is a bit sharper than my k5 so that's a bonus.  As to the improvement in the lcd screen... it hasn't been all that bright outside so I can't say if there's less glare on it.  So if you think you will have this camera for a couple years or more, I'd say step up to the k5II.
