The Sigma prime is fine on its own, but I see no reason why someone who owns a Panasonic pro zoom would buy it.  In that case the main reason to go prime is aperture, plus fairly minor (and debated) improvements in sharpness.  In that sense the Panasonic 25mm/1.4 is without question the best choice here as long as, 1) the OP can afford another expensive lens, and 2) he can work with a standard rather than a wide lens.

After than his priorities should be the 20mm if wide-ish is ok, followed by the 12mm due to its price and modest optical quality/aperture advantantages.
