When will my X100 stop working?

They all fail in about 10 years

Thanks to RoHS and lead-free solder.  All consumer electronics will grow tin-whiskers due to the use of lead-free solder.  Eventually, all those solder joins/pins on the FPGA chips will short themselves out and you get a dead camera.  It is already happening to some of the stuff I owned.  See all those (10) year recycle label/logo in all the new cameras.
