HTP simply makes the camera under expose by 1 stop, by doing so it preserves one stop of high light. you will find when you have HTP enabled, the lowest ISO will be 200, which is in fact iso 100. because it affects actual exposure, it affects the RAW output.

ALO only affects OOC JPEG, it brightens shadow area more than usual, making the image look less contrasty and more like what we see with our eyes. it does not affect RAW. ALO will slow down your burst rate a bit.
