Yes it would work : it is a tube which you are going to screw in the filter thread of your lens. I think that the filter thread is 52mm or 58 depending on the model you get. You will probably need a step up or a step down filter to fit it.

The main issue may be the weight of the outfit : some mft lenses are light and their protruding element and focusing mecanism may not like that extra weight. The notice says to use longer lenses to avoid vignetting, but I'm not sure that the extra weight would suits the Olympus 40-150mm very well. It may be a better match to the 75mm, which is better built, but then I fear that the mirror would spoil the 75mm IQ.

There are somewhat cheaper offerings on eBay from Chinese dealers. Look for a right angle lens or for a spy lens .
