Tom - Go to the 7D Drivers and Software Page.   Select your computer's OS and version, then a new menu of choices will appear.  Select "Software" from the menu and then go to "Digital Photo Professional 3.12.52 Updater" and download the update.  This assumes, of course, that you already have a previous version of DPP installed on your computer because the downloads are just 'updates', not full working versions of the programs.
