For wedding photography...

The main advantage of a full frame and is its wider field of view. Your 16-50mm F2.8 lens will work but it will work in std APS-C crop mode (as a 24-75 not as a 16-50mm like in any regular APS-C camera). What you need to buy is a lens that can take advantage of a FF main advantage. You need to buy a wide angle or fish eye lens.

Since it looks like you like zoom lenses (since your other 2 lenses are zoom lenses) I will say a 12-24mm F4.5-5.6 Sigma lens is your best and probably your only choice. You can buy the Zeiss 16-35mm F2.8 but you indicated you don't want to spend too much and the Zeiss is a very expensive lens.

If you are willing to buy a prime lens you have many options includying manual focus lenses. A 8mm F3.5 Sigma (circular) Fish Eye or Sigma 15mm F2.8 (diagonal) Fish Eye lenses can give your portfolios a perspective that you missing right now. If you don't like fish eye effects then a Sigma 20mm F1.8. If it has to be Sony brand then a Sony 16mm F1.8 (but it is a fish eye lens).

It make no sense and I will say it is a loss of money if you buy a FF compatible lens of 24mm or more since your 16-50mm already acts like a 24-75mm when attached. And unless you need more than 375mm (your 28-375 acts like a 375mm at max zoom) you can still continue using the same lenses that you already have.
