Finally "found" perfect strap for the X100
Good for you. I am using a modified strap that came with the Fuji leather case. I added some length to it 'cause I wear the camera at my side & around my neck. It was OK, but it bothered me a bit that the rubber backing would not slide freely when I swung the camera up to shoot. The solution was very simple. I flipped the strap over with the leather side down & it works great! Since I don't hang the camera off my shoulder, I don't need the rubber grip to keep it from slipping off. I am happy to be using the leather side for it's functionality instead of just for looks.
I just think that things should work the way I expect them to.
