I have the omd and find it a joy to use. Never gets on the way and its extremely responsive. The 25mm seems to be a bit slower compare to the 12 but still great. Sadly never used the ricoh. Also I wouldn't call the camera 100% reliable, my eye cup broke in less then 4 months of use.. Some examples:
