Two ways to get your monitor callibrated

The easy way: just get a reliable profile for your monitor and install it into Windows (you can find in the Internet probably in the monitor´s manufacturer web site)

The more precise way: just get one profiler package and follow the instructions to get your personalized profile. X-Rite is my favorite brand name since they bought Gretag.

I have strong background on color handling in the Graphic Arts Industry and I worked with Hell and Heidelberg professional drum scanner at the 90´s, but personally I do not find any appreciated difference between my "personalized" profile and the standard one for my Dell 2007FP even after more than six years of continous (and intense) use! Of course other monitor´s brand can present different results.

Best regards,
