what i'm saying and you're missing

You got a camera last week for christmas and want to be a professional photographer.

You see 'sessions', editing, education time perhaps.
Many do not see, but will see if it's pointed out, that marketing and bookeeping takes time too.
What I've never seen anyone every point out is that as a photographer in a digital world you will spend time - perhaps considerable time (or money for someone else's time) on computers.
And 'technology' upgrades may be in the money budget - software, a bigger monitor, etc but are they in the TIME budget?
BTW, the new Mobo arrived and went in fine, all fixed. Then the next day windows notices the change and wants to be 'activated' - another 15 minutes 'spent' on technology that wasn't in my plans or 'budget'.
