6D AF point selection
Yesterday I visited a camera store and took a look at 6D. Surprisingly I cannot select AF point by directly pressing the 8-way pad. Instead, I have to press AF selection button close to the shoulder first, and then press the 8-way pad to choose the AF point, which is the same way as for my rebel. I ask the clerk and she insisted that this is the way to select AF point for 6D.
The thing is that even for 60D the AF point can be selected by directly pressing the 8-way pad without the need to press the AF selection button first.
Did Canon even simplify 6D by removing this function or it can be set up by changing the customer settings?
Also I feel that 6D is a bit slower than D600 in Live View focusing. Did anybody compare that?
Thanks a lot!
