Hidden moderator forum?

What makes you sure that moderators are never wrong?

I don't know about dpreview forums but many others typically have a moderators forum (hidden from view by forum participants). In such a forum, moderators can discuss issues together when there is a major concern.

In my experience, the use of the moderators forum can be very useful so moderator decisions don't always have to be made unilaterally. Two---three---heads are better than one, especially if a forum participant disagrees with a moderator.

I am in full support of moderated forums!

btw, they could use a couple dozen moderators in the "Off topic" forum. I don't visit it often but some of the stuff posted there, having absolutely nothing to do with photography, makes your stomach churn.
