I can't answer your question, but for a discussion of how the human eye compares to current cameras you might like the article "The Future of Image Capture" by Alexis Gerard on pages 350-351 of the book "Camera" (ISBN: 978-1-4027-5656-6). Gerard notes performance of the human eye such as high sensitivity, anti-shake, blur correction, and noise correction, plus less obvious ways that cameras fail to match human performance, e.g. peripheral vision, depth perception, and metadata.
