I've seen more than one catch light that worked out really well, they were coming from two sides of a mirror, like what you have at the backstage makeup rooms. I agree the issue here again is the sharpness, and the catch light seems to be a mixed colored patch instead of a nice white spot, a round shape would defiantly help, but the biggest improvement i'd make is to make sure the catch light appears 'even' in your model's eyes. At first glance you'd feel a little uncomfortable due to that.
