Trevor, I hate to be a party pooper but this shot doesn't really show anything , the bird is so small in the picture that even when zoomed in you can't determine any real detail. I have yet to see even one BIF shot of a moving bird at distance that is sharp enough to show feather detail. BIF shots are bloody difficult and the AF issue is compounded by relatively poor long lenses.Like nearly all the moving bird shots with mFT treat her than a critically sharp tracked image it is just caught in the DOF . For the bird to be this small in the frame at 600mm effective you must be at least 100yards away from it giving you 60+ feet of  DOF to play with.
