Which affordable prime lens to go with Panasonic 14-42?

The lens I considered are:

1) Panasonic 14mm f2.5 with Pano DMW-GWC1 (equual to 11mm) - $300 for both

2) Sigma 19mm ($150)

3) Sigma 30mm ($150)

I didn't consider Panasonic 20mm and Oly 45 both over $350 to $400 because of the price.

The first option seems interesting because it is not a focal length I have now. I prefer Sigma 30mm to shoot photos of my sons but I feel I will be limited to shooting portraits with it. I had Panasonic 20mm for few days several years ago and returned it because I felt restricted by the focal length. I mainly shoot landscape (not a good landscape photographer)  and kids (kids don't like been photographed, so I am trying landscape) and want to decide before Sigma's $50 discount ends. I tried different focal lengths with the zoom but still find difficult to decide.
