Excellent Hähnl customer support
just wanted to share my experience whit the Hähnl customer support.
*Spoiler Alert*: This might sound like advertisement, but I think we should not only share bad experiences!
I own a Hähnl Giga Pro II camera remote control. Two weeks ago I used its wireless capabilities for the first time and only got 3 Meters of range out of it. I wrote a short Mail to the Hähnl customer support and the problem got fixed amazingly fast.
- Sent my mail
- Immediate answer with a detailed guide to test if I use the product right
- Replied with the observed results
- Immediately mailed a replacement cable to rule out this source of error before I would have to sent in the whole product
- Cable arrived the next day
- Problem solved
- Fastest support response times ever observed by me
- Friendly contact (gave me the feeling that my problem is taken care of)
- Free of cost replacement cable to avoid unnecessary mail in
