Most recent bodies have a good shift facility as a menu option to make a second copy with shift either removed or increased.

Not quite the same as tilt, but image stitching at different focus distances is now fairly mature.

Older "shift only" lenses now have little extra value. Whether tilt and shift lenses will in 5 years remains to be seen.
