Can "Magic Lentern" be deciding factor ?
I can't install magic lantern on my DSLR because it has two processors, but the only reason I personally would have for installing it would be if I wanted to use focus peaking for better manual focusing. Since I rarely use manual focusing this isn't too important for me.
I either don't think that I need the other facilities or I have have no idea what they are supposed to do anyway.
IMHO you shouldn't worry too much about Magic Lantern when comparing the two cameras. There are much more important differences like the optical v electronic viewfinder.
